Jobba helps candidates find local shift work and helps employers receive candidate interest.

Data We Collect

• Account, candidate profile, employer, vacancy, interaction, device, and messaging-token data needed to provide the service.
• Optional voice introductions and the text derived from them when you choose the voice-profile feature.

How We Use and Share Data

• We use Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, storage, notifications, and app delivery.
• When you explicitly use AI-assisted profile, vacancy, or safety analysis, the submitted text is processed by Google Gemini. We do not send your profile or voice introduction for that purpose unless you initiate that feature.
• Candidate contact details are shared only with the owner of the vacancy after a response or hiring-workflow action; they are not part of the public vacancy feed.

Retention and Deletion

We retain data only while needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion at 95baes@gmail.com.
